Check out when you’ve had your fill.   No penalties for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance!   Keep your ski gear at the lodge between storms to make last minute packing easy.  Complimentary late check outs available! 

Single occupancy rate:
14 to 21 days pre purchase:          $157.00 + tax including breakfast and dinner
21 to 28 days pre purchase:          $147.00 + tax including breakfast and dinner
28 or more days pre purchase:     $135.00 + tax including breakfast and dinner

Double Occupancy Rate: 
Second person qualifies for discounted rate in room of Storm Chaser Member.
Private hotel room with either two double beds or king bed (a rollaway bed may be added to king room based on availability) Bedding preference may be requested, but may not be guaranteed.
14 to 21 day qualifying member:        Double occupancy @ $147.00 + tax per person
21 to 28 day qualifying member:        Double occupancy @ $142.00 + tax per person
28 or more day qualifying member:   Double occupancy @ $135.00 + tax per person

Rules and Conditions:
Lodging credit packages must be pre-purchased PRIOR to first stay.   Stays must be reserved in advance and confirmation is based on availability.  Room type and location determined by GMD based on occupancy and availability.  Cannot guarantee room type or location.   For requested room types or locations, standard rates apply.  Must be willing to move rooms one or more times during stay.  No penalty for stays cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or early check out with 24 hour advance notice.  For early check outs and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or early departure first night credit is forfeited.  No refunds for unused lodging credit.  Lodging credit is non-transferrable and must be used during the 2009/2010 ski season.  Late check outs of guest rooms are not guaranteed and only available provided the room has not been reserved for check in on your departure date.  Please inquire at the front desk the evening before your departure for late checkout availability.
